Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst provides analysis and design support to existing and new clients. The analyst works with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development staff to create business cases and solutions for Docupace’s application suite of software to clients. The analyst manages and coordinates one or more large process or requirements research efforts, performs specified data analyses and studies as requested, and develops and presents reports in support of various Docupace sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in an analyst role and having acted in a consultant role providing technology services. Must have played a major role in the roll out of projects from Initiation to Deployment to Commercialization/Adoption and must have proven consultative and advisory skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and must be able to communicate effectively to gain cooperation within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge and understanding of business research principles, processes, and techniques as well as project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
