Docupace’s live training sessions are designed to provide you with an overview of the basic information you need to get started right away. Descriptions of upcoming sessions are provided below. We ask that you try and register at least 2 days prior to the training session. After you register, you will receive an email confirmation with access and conference bridge information.

EPACS for Financial Advisors, Part A: – learn the basics of using the EPACs Docupace System – Retrieval and Indexing. This session along with Part B – Advanced Systems Training will provide you with the baseline fundamentals of document management and imaging, tied-in w/workflow. <training agenda and ppt handout> It is recommended that you review the EPACs for Financial Advisors, System Overview prior to attending or reviewing EPACs for Financial Advisors, Part A and B Training Sessions.
EPACS For Financial Advisors, Part B: Learn different Indexing Methods; Barcoding; and Advanced Editing. Docupace Overview For Financial Advisors, Part A and B: Learn the basics of using the Docupace System – Retrieval and Indexing. This session along with Part B – Advanced Systems Training will provide you with the baseline fundamentals of document management and imaging. DocuScan and File Uploader: For the users that have a desktop scanner and are utilizing the DocuScan software, this course provides an overview on the features and capabilities of the scanning solution. Includes an overview of the different approaches to utilizing the File Uploader.

Starting Point: Learn about the integrated forms repository solution (in partnership with Quik! forms). This class will cover basic usage of the solution in addition to administrative features/functions.
