Maintenance


Because the Docupace solution is hosted and managed by Docupace, we take ownership and responsibility for maintenance, upgrades of software applications through our network administrator and engineers, removing the complexity and headache of day-to-day infrastructure maintenance and support from our customers.  Communication about a new maintenance release or new product features is ongoing and proactive and we make every effort to make sure all clients are aware of new features prior to releasing them.
