Docupace's live training sessions are designed to provide users with an overview of the core Docupace components. Session and registration information for upcoming sessions is provided below. Please select the date of the course register in advance as space is often limited. Once you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation with access and conference bridge information.
Courses Overview (Registration and Dates): All classes begin at 10am PST
Docupace Overview For Financial Advisers – Part A: Learn about the basics of using the Docupace system: Capture, Process and Retrieve. This will provide you with the baseline fundamentals of document management and imaging.
Docupace Overview for Financial Advisers – Part B: The more advanced course taking a ‘deeper dive’ into the use of Docupace. It is recommended that users attend the Part A course prior to attending this course.
Advanced Features: Will focus on more advanced use within the system covering topics such as PDF Transformation (Merging, Splitting, etc.), Versioning, Check In/Out, and other administrative features.
DocuScan and File Uploader: For the users that have a desktop scanner and are utilizing the DocuScan software, this course provides an overview on the features and capabilities of the scanning solution. Additionally, we will review the different approaches to utilizing the File Uploader.
Back File Scanning – Best Practices: Looking to get rid of all your old paper? This course will review some different approaches to help you prepare and complete your back-scanning process.
Open Forum (Ask the Expert): This is an open session to ask subject matter experts specific questions on how to use the system more efficiently. You may also learn from others other best practices!
