On April 27, 2026, Docupace celebrated the fifth annual Back Office Heroes Day to honor the individuals who serve as the backbone of wealth management firms, ensuring that the work happening behind the scenes is taken care of to keep businesses functioning seamlessly. Docupace was honored to select four recipients who went above and beyond to serve financial institutions this year.

Nominations for #backofficeheroes are accepted on an annual basis and are evaluated on specific criteria. Back Office Heroes Award Categories

Four Award Categories Make Up the Back Office Heroes Awards

Home Office Hero

This award is dedicated to a support staff hero who works at the home office of a Docupace, PreciseFP, or Hubly customer. They work behind the scenes navigating countless systems, vendors, and people to remove obstacles for financial advisors and wealth managers.

Firm Hero

This award is dedicated to an operational hero in the field who works in the back-office at a firm. These individuals are face-to-face with clients, leveraging technology to streamline processes that improve the financial planning experience for everyone.

Workflow Wizard

This award is dedicated to a Hubly user that has transformed his or her firm by building out measurable, repeatable and transparent processes in the platform. These individuals have leveraged the full capacity of the Hubly platform to scale out essential processes and unlock new levels of growth at the firm.

Employee Hero

This special award is dedicated to a Docupace employee. As an employee, this hero is the go-to person to get the job done and knows the ins and outs of the Docupace, PreciseFP, and/or Hubly Platform, offering dependability, consistency, and support to clients.

How to Enter

Back Office Hero award entries are eligible for self-nomination or nomination of a colleague. Docupace will review submissions and select one winner for each of the four categories: home office hero, firm hero, workflow wizard, and employee hero.
